UPDATE: Chinese Windmill Palm, Trachycarpus Fortunei
I took some photos of my Trachycarpus fortunei that I planted in the Spring of 2010. It's looking great and starting to get a nice trunk on it.

UPDATE: Palm Seedlings
As you may recall over the winter I started some palms from seed. I planted Trachycarpus fortunei, Needle Palm, and Sabal minor(the photos are in this order top to bottom, the first photo is all the palms together.) The palms are getting very large and looking healthy now, hopefully by this coming spring they will be much larger.

UPDATE: Trachycarpus fortunei, Chinese Windmill Palm
My Windmill palm is looking pretty good. I uncovered it a few weeks ago. It has very little leaf damage, I am just glad it kept it's leaves this year. Hopefully this year it will really take off.

It's ALIVE!!!! The Palm Tree Survived
The Chinese Fan Palm (Trachycarpus fortunei) I planted last spring has survived the winter. I wasn't sure it would survive here in USDA zone 6-7, but it did.
